This are bonded with Urea Melamine Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature. .It is highly rigid because of its dimensional stability.

Doors

Flush Doors are Premium doors made from selected timber species by a mechanized manufacturing process which offers uniform thickness without any undulation and smooth surface for lamination. It is treated with durable preservatives using Vacuum Pressure Treatment (VPT) and then Kiln dried to ensure perfect bonding and dimensional stability.

Finger Jointed Solid Wood

Finger Jointed Solid Wood are made from treated rubber wood which are kiln dried, finger jointed, edge glued, cold pressed and sanded to make sheets of ready to use panels boards. The finger - jointing technique used for production of the high quality edge glued panels provides the same strength properties as any solid wood with the added benefit of dimensional stability.
